Delivery Information
King Uncle is dedicated to providing you with your order in a timely and well-packaged manner. We ship our products every day of the week, except on Sundays and public holidays. To ensure that your order arrives quickly and in good condition, we only use reputable courier services. In case there are any issues with the delivery, we will keep you informed and do our best to resolve it as soon as possible.
Shipping charges would be applicable as ₹50 for every 500 grams below the order value of ₹1500.
If you opt for Cash on Delivery as your payment method, a collection fee of ₹50 will be added.
We dispatch orders within 3 working days or as per the specified delivery date you choose during checkout. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 8 working days. Your order will be delivered to the address you provided during checkout.
If the product delivered to you appears to be damaged or if the packaging seems to be tampered with, we request you to reject the package at the time of delivery. Please contact us immediately with your Order ID by calling the phone number mentioned on our website. We will promptly arrange for a free replacement of the product. Kindly ensure that the product tag and packaging are intact while returning the product.
